This month Philadelphia VIP recognizes Anthony J. Baratta, Esquire, a partner at Baratta, Russell, & Baratta, for his outstanding volunteer assistance to VIP clients.

Tony began volunteering with VIP in 2005, using his experience and trial advocacy skills to assist VIP clients with auto accident matters.

As a volunteer, Tony demonstrates an unwavering commitment to his clients’ defense and to the protection of the clients’ interest. He maintains regular contact with clients and provides status reports and case-related documentation to keep VIP informed of the case.

Recently, Tony represented a VIP client at trial, after almost a year of depositions and negotiations with opposing counsel. Thanks to Tony’s skillful representation, the client was dismissed from the case. For the client, an immigrant from Mexico and a father and head of household, Tony’s representation meant he could focus on supporting his family.

Tony consistently goes above and beyond on behalf of his VIP clients. Whether he is aggressively pursuing a favorable outcome for the client in the courtroom or traveling from his Huntingdon Valley office to Philadelphia to meet with the client, Tony is committed to providing the best representation for VIP clients.
