The Fall 2009 issue of Dialogue, the magazine of the American Bar Association Division for Legal Services, which presents news and topical information about the delivery of legal services to low and moderate income people, is now available on the ABA website.
This issue features From the Chair... comments from Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. board member A. Michael Pratt, Esquire, who is the new Chair of the ABA Standing Committee on Pro Bono and Public Service.
This issue also includes articles and updates on Lawyer Referral and Information Service, Delivery of Legal Services, IOLTA, Legal Assistance for Military Personnel, Pro Bono, and the 2009 Harrison Tweed Award Winners which included the Philadelphia Bar Association.
