The Philadelphia Bar Association will be hosting a Chancellor's Forum on Civil Gideon on July, 7, 2010 at 12 p.m. in the Association's 11th floor Conference Center.
Professor Russell Engler, director of clinical programs at New England Law School and a national expert on Civil Gideon, will be the featured speaker at the Chancellor's Forum.
Engler serves on the Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission and the Boston Bar Association's Task Force on Expanding the Civil Right to Counsel.
The event is free and open to all Bar members and lunch will be provided.
