North Penn Legal Services and Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. will conduct a Continuing Legal Education Program entitled Pursuing Debtor's Rights, on Thursday, March 18, 2010, from 1:15 pm to 4:30 pm at Split Rock Lodge in Lake Harmony, PA.

This seminar offers a variety of useful information for legal practitioners on several different topics relating to debtors rights. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary for attending these topics.

Attendance of this program is free to any attorney who is willing to accept a pro bono referral from North Penn Legal Services over the next year, otherwise the cost is $45.00, made payable to North Penn Legal Services.

This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three (3) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit. Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc. is the accredited CLE provider for this course.
