A video replay of the training program entitled, Avoiding Foreclosure: Helping Families Keep Their Homes will be presented on July 9, 2009 at the Monroe County Bar Association
913 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.

This program is a video replay of the Avoiding Foreclosure training that was originally presented on March 2, 2009 in Mechanicsburg, PA and simulcast to a number of other locations around the state.

This is a training focused on representation of clients before the filing of a foreclosure complaint.

5.0 Substantive CLE Credits and 1.0 Ethics CLE Credit

This program is co-sponsored by Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network, Inc and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute.

Registration is free to all Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network Staff, housing counselors and pro bono attorneys who agree to accept at least two cases. Registration includes course materials and meals. Registration for all others is $100.00 and includes the cost of CLE credits.

  • CLE Credit Comments: This program has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for five (5) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and one (1) hour of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
